You can contact us by e-mail, phone, Whatsapp or Facebook messenger. To provide you with a fast customer service, we store this data in a secure system. If you contact us again, we immediately have your details at hand.

You can register for our monthly newsletter via the website, social media, our information meeting and on various conferences. By sharing your contact details, you give us your permission to e-mail you once a month. You’ll be informed about our projects, promotions and our latest news. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters you can always unsubscribe and delete your data.

Information meeting
We need your name, e-mail address and your telephone number to attend our information meeting. You will receive a confirmation and more information by e-mail (both before and after the meeting). Your telephone number is required to inform you in case of last-minute schedule changes.

If you participate in a promotion or competition, we will ask for your name, telephone number and e-mail address. We will contact you when you have won. Further more we’ll ask permission in advance from the prize winner(s) to share your name on our promotional channels.

Third parties
In addition to our partner organizations, we also need third parties to help us with our services. For example: we use Mailchimp for our monthly newsletter and Jotform for our online forms. We demand that these parties handle your data with the same care as we do and only use it for the purpose for which it was received. We have a data processing agreement with all these organizations.

For our customers we save your data to be able to deliver our services to you. After this we’ll keep it securely stored in case you use our services again. We have a register in which you can find all the time periods and purposes of storing this data.

We handle the storage and use of your personal data with the utmost care. We take as many security measures as possible. For example: encryption by an SSL layer.
